Michelle & Cecil - 9/15/07

Last weekend, Michelle and Cecil had a beautiful, intimate ceremony at The Inn at Craig Place here in San Antonio. The day was filled with laughter and tears as they committed their lives to each other and their family. Congratulations!

On a travel and/or wedding note — The Inn at Craig Place is an awesome bed & breakfast close to downtown and it’s beautiful. The owners are great too! So, if you’re looking for a wedding site, or are just looking to get away from it all… this is your place!

Oh, and check out this shot! I’m sure it’s like this behind me at most weddings, but I just happened to turn around and catch this and I thought it was hilarious! :)

Vacation Pics

Well we went on vacation to… are you ready? IOWA. My mom & dad live up there in the perfect little midwest town with the perfect Main Street, parades, and all that fun stuff. The pace of life seems so much slower up there, so it’s nice to get away. Not to mention that getting to see my family is awesome. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

As you can see, we got to ride on an old train, which was really cool. Beyond that, there was just relaxation, golf, and good home-cooked food. Does it get any better?!

When Will It End?!?!??!

Well, the end of the craziest season of my LIFE is nearly over (I think). We’re all moved in and my internet is FINALLY back up today! Hard drive crashed a few weeks back, but I think I have most of my software and files back. Still a few things I’m yet to recover, but my awesome friend Daniel of grow development really was a lifesaver! A true hero! My whole family got sick, but I think we’re over that. Seriously it seems like one thing after another has caused chaos and disruption to my life. Despite it all, I’ve got to say, I’m feeling pretty good right now. I’m in a new place. A lot of cool things are going on, and I feel like even though things have been completely haywire at times, I feel like God has been in all of it. I’m excited though for a slower September - complete with cool afternoons with a glass of sweet tea, a somewhat back to normal schedule (if there is such a thing), and getting back in touch with all the people I’ve missed. :)
