We got the chance to hang out with several friends and all their kiddos today and we had a great time. Lots of adorable faces to take pictures of. I’ve also included some pics from my friend Amanda’s and my trip to Gruene the other day. Lots of fun!

Aaron and I spent this weekend downtown to celebrate our Anniversary and had an AMAZING time. We stayed at the Hotel Contessa, which was hands down the most awesome hotel and hotel experience we have ever had. The location, the decor, the rooms, the service… amazing. Then last night we ate at our new favorite restaurant, Boudro’s… also completely amazing. You must try their guacamole if you’re ever down on the Riverwalk. (you can also get the recipe on their website.) All in all, one of the best weekends ever! Sadly, I did not take my camera, but I really should have. Sorry I have nothing to show for it.
I am also excited to announce our participation in a new website called WeddingParty.com. Today is the official launch date. Powerhouse Studios is one of the founding members, and we’re excited about what this site will do to help brides and grooms as well as wedding vendors!

I shot Yvette & Ricardo’s small ceremony today at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. It was simple and beautiful! Thank you, Yvette & Ricardo for allowing me to be a part of such a special and intimate day!
I’ve gotta tell you… I had a great time last night with Kristi and her family shooting her bridal portraits! We had so much fun! It was so laid back, we got a lot of great shots, good conversation, and I got to ride on the tailgate of the truck while we drove around from spot to spot! Thanks Kristi!
