So the holiday rush is over. Last YEAR is over. What a great year it was! So much happened, its hard to keep track of it all.
My son was born in May and, well… I’m still trying to adjust to the schedule (or lack thereof!). He’s been an absolute joy along with our (almost) three year old.
Last year was also my third year in business and I thought it was time to re-evaluate and get a fresh vision for my photography. I’m still kind of in that process, but I am SO excited! I’ve had the opportunity to hear some great photographers speak over the past six months or so and I have been so inspired by their vision and creativity. People like Joe Buissink, Jeff & Julia Woods, Kelly Moore, Liahna Lehman… they’re all fantastic photographers! In addition to that I’ve just been really thinking about the types and style of photography that I do and what I really want my work to say, so it’s been an exciting season.
Here’s to another year! May this year be full of color and life and creativity, not only in my work, but in my life and yours!
